Cole Aldrich was picked for the McDonald's All American game.  To the best of my knowledge, he is the 6th Minnesota boy named to the game, following Jim Petersen, Khalid El-Amin, Joel Przybilla, Rick Rickert and Kris Humphries.  As far as I know, Liz Podominick is the only Minnesota girl who has ever been a McDonald's All American.
