A group of recreational runners of all ability levels from the Southeast Bay Area (Fremont, Hayward, Union City, Newark, Milpitas). We meet for regularly scheduled runs on Saturday and Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. The club web page (www.mpstriders.com) lists the run schedule.
