MSJ will have the home course advantage on 9/24 which is worth a lot. Logan will also be at the Farmer Invite on Saturday.
Everyone improved greatly at Mill Creek yesterday.....congratulations on the hard work. I ran 90 seconds faster than last week, and didn't gain an inch. Everyone ran either faster, farther, or both. Commitment to improvement will be a key to success.
