The race is held adjacent to Monte Vista High School at 3131 Stone Valley Road in Danville.

Please allow time to arrive early for a good warm-up, and note that if you run in a later race, you will have to plan your food in advance. MSJ runners and coaches all meet behind the starting line. If you have not run in this race before, it is very helpful to get good advice on strategy and expectations from MSJ runners who participated last year (they are eager to share their experience and to help you).
You will find that your team mates will cheer for you and that you will cheer for your team mates. The top 15 finishers in each race get medals.
Thanks to those of you who have submitted your required paperwork to participate in Cross Country. If you have not completed this information yet, please get it in early next week so that you can participate in the Monte Vista Invitational. Forms can be printed from:
