Those of you who have made it to the July practices have made good investments in your preparation for Cross Country in the Fall by participating in plyometrics, stretching, core workouts, drills, interval runs, tempo runs, and longer runs.
There is a meeting for everyone going out for 2008 Cross Country on Monday, 8/4, at 10 am. You should meet by the gym and bring your running clothes.
Currently scheduled additional informal practices will be held as follows:
Tuesday, 8/5 10 am
Wednesday, 8/6 10 am
Monday, 8/11 3 pm
Tuesday 8/12 10 am
Wednesday, 8/13 10 am
In order to better plan for our Summer Cross Country practices in August, you are requested to put your name, grade, and an "x" on the dates that you plan to attend on the spreadsheet at:
Additional practice sessions may be added if there is sufficient interest.
The first regular Cross Country practice is scheduled for Monday, 8/18 at 10 am with regular practice sessions to be announced.
