Looking at other MVAL results, almost all MVAL teams are extremely
close in talent this year. Moving up a level in your running over the
course of the season will be critical to the success of the MSJ teams.
Your coaches are all very pleased with how contientious everyone has
been about improving and about investing in yourselves....this team is
special.

As a result of diligent workouts over the next month, improvement of
just one minute in times will make a huge difference in team results
for MSJ. The real joy from Cross Country comes from seeing yourself
move up a level as your conditioning improves. It will happen.
