Congratulations on a great overall race at Hayward, and especially to the Frosh/Soph runners from Mission who won their race.  I'm seeing a lot of good results from your hard work, and from the support that you give to fellow team members.

Some of my suggestions for runners in the meet with American High School on Wednesday include:

1) Plan your best case scenario for the race

2) Be ready mentally and physically when you get to the starting line

3) Run a race that showcases all of the hard work that you have invested in yourself at this point

 

My daughter, Katie, would state this more eloquently as follows:

"Note to self:   Run fast!"
