Hello Everyone!

 

Can you believe it is halfway through August already?  Hope you all have had a wonderful summer!

 

There are a couple of important dates to mark on your calendars.

 

Thursday 8/13- Physicals available at Mission from 2:00-5:00 for $35.00.  Any athlete who wishes to take advantage of this opportunity needs to bring a physical form signed by their parent (available at MSJHS website) and a check for $35.00 payable to Lee Chiropractic.  Remember you must have a physical before you can practice with the team.

 

Monday 8/17-  Coach Marden will be holding practice at 10:00AM.  He would love to see as many of you as possible since our first meet is early September. 

 

I know a lot of you have been training hard and this season looks very promising.  If you haven't had time to run, now is the time to start.
