FYI, planned practices from 7/27 through 8/8 are posted at:

They continue to be Monday through Thursday at 3 pm and Friday at 9 am, and any change will be announced.
Thanks to those who have been attending the workouts; it will be very evident at your first race at Monte Vista on 9/8. If you are not able to make it to practices due to work, travel, school, etc., I would encourage you do do similar workouts on your own or with team mates.
Being ready is always 90% of success in cross country.
How close we can get to our peak ability levels is fortunately something that we can all control.
