Specialized Women’s Demo Event!
Are you thinking of purchasing a new bike but would like to try out a few models first? Do you want to try a mountain bike out on a trail? Do you wonder if “women’s” bikes and equipment are really all that special? Are you happy with your own bike but just want to take part in on the fun? Well, come and join us for our Specialized D4W Demo Day! Rebecca Van Dyke will again be here to show us the very best that Specialized has to offer.
What: D4W = Designs for Women. The D4W De
mo Van will be loaded with women’s road and mountain bikes in a variety of sizes and models. Come and try out some bikes and meet other like-minded women!
When: Wednesday, May 27, 2009
Where: The D4W Van will be set up at Margaret Thompson’s, 8415 Brimfield St., Clinton, NY, 13323. Good road riding and excellent mountain bike trails are available at this location.
Time: The van will be at the above location from 2-5 PM. This is worth taking some personal time off from work!
Essentials: Come prepared to ride. Helmets are mandatory. Bring your cycling shoes, and, if you can, your pedals. We will have pedals as well if you
cannot wrestle yours off your bike J
RSVP: If you know that you will join us please let me know in advance. An RSVP is not mandatory, but I would like to stock up on water and refreshments. 315-796-1054
D4W Reception!
What: Laurel and Steve Sonne will be hosting a reception after the riding is complete. After Rebecca finishes packing the bikes up into the van she will head over to present an assortment of women’s products at the store. Rebecca is bringing shoes, saddles and clothing samples and is always prepared to answer your questions about the products and how they can help your cycling.

Time: 7 PM until ???
Bonus: Door prizes!!!
