Good Morning Racers!  PRE-REG for this Sunday's race in Owego closes Friday at noon!  SAVE $10.00 by Pre-registering on bikereg!     http://www.bikereg.com/events/register.asp?eventid=5817

The Owego Strawberryfest (A New York CUP event) bike race is a hilly, challenging course with many areas of new pavement.  Please see race route and profile posted on the TVC website at  www.tiogavelo.com.

Registration Volunteers may race for free, racers who provide a race marshall or pace/follow vehicle may race for free.  Please contact Race Promoter Jpoulin@... .

Anyone training for Empire State Games, the ESG Road Race course is located only 15 miles east of Owego, this is a good opportunity to check out the ESG course after the race.

For those of you in our cycling community who were blessed to know and race with Todd Kapaghian, (member of Tioga Velo and Mainline Cycling Bikyle Team), there will be a celebration of Todd's life on Sunday afternoon at 2pm, Arnold Park in Vestal.   From Hickories park, take Rt 17 East toward Vestal 11 miles, Take exit for Route 26 South, go 1.4 miles, turn left on Pierce, Right on Andrews to park entrance.
