If you enjoy race courses like Hollenbeck's and Windsor Race for Sight, you'll love Lake Fest. The start and finish for both the 50 mile and 26 mile races are at Dorchester Park in Whitney Point. It's a citizen's race, so you do not need to purchase a one-day licence. The race is listed on spokepost.com. I've attaached a flyer.
The Rotary Club of Whitney Point sponsors the race. They've finally completed the bike/walk path along the lake that extends to the primary school. Check it out. Come pre-ride the course.
