Are you just itching to find out your LT or AT or VO2 Max??? Well, anytime is a good time to do it to find out how you fair compared to other athletes in the sport of cycling.

Exercise Testing by Joey Adams, MS Exercise Science from        Intelligent Fitness out of Shelburne, VT will be at Sport Tech in       Oneonta  on Saturday    June 2nd  starting at 9:00 a.m thru closing   of the store that day,  to do all of  Your RMR, VO2, AT and LT    Threshold Testing!!! As well as Wattage if you are         so interested.

For those who have not tested, it is a great way to see where you are at this time in the season and what you can potentially do to make it a better race  season and also get your winter training started with more knowledge than you had beforehand in the fall when it is all said and done.

Joey is an awesome vessel of knowledge.

Testing will be done at Sport Tech in Downtown Oneonta, you will need to call ahead to reserve a space.  Each test requires an hour of your time. Call them at (607) 432-1731 or email at sports@... to make an appointment.

You will need to bring your trusty steed for the testing as it will be hooked up to a Computrainer  to  give you all your readouts.

Bring comfy riding shoes, clothes and drink.

Pricing as follows:

- RMR (resting metabolic rate) – the amt. of calories your body burns in a day                                                               $ 59.00

-LT Test (Lactate Threshold) - where your body switches from Fat Burning to Sugar burning

-VO2 Max- the amount of oxygen your body uses during exercise                                                           Combo. $99.00

-Combination of RMR, LT and VO2 Max      $129.00

-Optional cost for Cycling Watts or Running pace     Add $50.00

Hope to see some of you there!!!!
