Having problems with message search?
A HUGE Thank you to our wonderful Ruud Racing team members (Wade, Tim, Kurt, Joe, Mike, and Chef Mike) did I miss anyone? along with the "green tree" guy in our group who encouraged and motivated me to stay with them as long as I could! (until just before the last kom climb)
It was great to be able to ride in a group of riders that I knew and were safe to ride with! You guys did a great job, working very well together and trying to make the guys form other teams work hard. Smart racing! The really neat thing is to see all you guys progress over the year into a group of guys with close abilities!
When the Green tree guy attacked, I believe it was Tim who went with him? It was hard to tell, as I was falling behind at that moment. That attack is what dropped me off the back chasing forever at 100 yards behind, I mustered enough on several occasions to to cut the gap in half but never made it back on. It was enough to take the women's course record by almost 2 minutes though!
Thank you for the encouragement, support and the cheers! It was cool racing up to the finish line with everyone hollering!
Thanks again and hope to see you at some cross events if I can find the right bike!
