FYI, if anyone needs directions to registration tomorrow at tour de loop. See email below...
Also, directions to our cottage is in the word doc attached. TONS of lawn space if you want to pitch a tent. Room for about 4 more people to sleep in the cottage.

Hi Marsha...
481 into Oswego - puts you on east 1st street - go straight to second light - take left onto bridge street, also 104 heading west- go straight through the city - you will come to a fork in the road...McDonalds on left, car dealer ship on opposite side of street from McDonalds veer to your left (don't take a left), you will drive by a Dunkin Donuts and a Subway also by a pizza hut..continue straight out 104 your last light will be at the college entrance...continue going straight to your next right....and follow that road straight down and you will see where cyclists will be parked along side the road.....go to the end of that road and that is where RUDY'S is...if you have a problem call 591-3432 that is my line directly and I will help you along.

Subject: Re: Tour de LoopHi Marsha, see below...I have put my answers in the body of your letter. I was on vacation and just got back. Sorry this took to long, BUT the race is awesome, the course is awesome and beautiful none the less. The hills in this course are extremely challenging especially in the "A" race. You guys wouldn't be disappointed. Hope this helps.Kim----- Original Message -----From: Kapinus, MarshaTo: mmcphers@...Sent: Wednesday, August 16, 2006 4:44 AMSubject: Tour de LoopHello,I saw your race listed on spokepost & went to Active.com to look for more info.I just have a couple questions. Is there an online race course map for the 50 miler? No, Previous racing experience with large packs of riders. 25 mph average speed. Riding average of 150 miles per week. Previous Tour de Loop finish time of 1:20:00 or under for 30 miles. (The race committee reserves the right to place questionable entries into B race). Is there a prize list for the 50 miler? There are prizes, but not cash and they are placques and medals...See below for "A" and "B" awards. "A" - Plaques to the top three male and female overall finishers. Medals to males 4th-10th place and females 4th and 5th place. Course Primes. (sprinter awards)
"B" - Plaques to the top three male and female overall finishers. Medals to males 1st—5th place and females 1st– 3rd place in each age divisions; 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and up. Course Primes. (sprinter awards)
& is there an online list of who has pre-registered so far? I do not have a list on line...you just have to trust that it is a great course and once you ride it, you will come back and do it again.I'd like to see if there are any other women racing that will entice our team to come and compete :)Thank you,Marsha KapinusMission In Motion Cycling Team
