If anyone is interested, this seems to be the only local race this weekend!  I'm thinking of doing the 50 miler.  Has anyone done that course?  GOOD LUCK TO CHELSEA and TAMI this weekend!  Chelsea is trying her first triathlon!  Tami will be competing at the Cazenovia triathlon!   Send us your tri reports afterwards! :)

Brief Description: THE START:One mile controlled mass start CHECK IN: 7:00 AM-8:00 AM at Rudy's THE COURSE: Rolling hills, very challenging, Caution:some sharp turns.Very scenic route. "A" Race includes 20 additional miles. Extremely sharp turns with short steep grade.(MAPS AVAILABLE AT THE YMCA) It is your obligation, as a race participant, to familiarize yourself with the race route prior to race day if possible. WE WILL NOT OFFER SAME DAY REGISTRATION
Fees: $25, effective August 5th $30.00
Online Reg. Closes: August 18, 2006 09:00 AM Pacific Time
A-Expert Race -50 Mile - Previous racing experience with large packs of riders 25 mph average speed. Riding average of 150 miles per week. Finish time of 1:20:00 or under for 30 miles. Race committee reserves the right to place questionalbe entries into B race.

B - Sport Race - all other riders

Plaquest to top 3 male and female riders. Medals to males 1st - 5th place and females 1st-3rd place in each age division. 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 +
