Joan,
Sorry about that. Things have been extremely hectic. Anyway, the circuit course is a very good course. I met a rider today who did it and he was impressed. We plan to start at 4PM, same as the crit. We plan to run each class separately, except for the Open Women and the Masters. We can stagger them and they will not the women will not get lapped.
Darkness will not be an issue because it stays light beyond 8:00PM and the last race should be done by then since there will only be 5 groups racing 4 time slots. That gives plenty of time.
We can have time bonuses at the srtart/finish and at the crest of a moderate hill on alternating laps.
I had to make yet another change in the Road Race today. It was an easy fix but still it took alot of time.
Other than that, I expect 250 racers for the weekend unless sign up the morning of the event is heavy.
Call me if you need me before Firday night. Dinner is at 6PM. Also, the hotel rooms are still in my name. Rite Aid Prp Cycling has 1 room, the other 2 rooms are for race officials.
