I am a huge Brewers fan living far from Milwaukee. Therefore, my
Brewers news is not great. Has there been any rumors of potential
deals in the works? The team is in desperate need of offensive help.
While I think the trade with Minnesota will help ( I think Valentin
will hit) I hope there is more movement on the way. I personally keep
thinking that a trade with Houston would make sense. They have a lot
of depth in the 1B/Corner OF slots (with Ward, Bagwell, Berkman,
Lane, Hildago, Merced, and Wesson) and nobody to play CF. The
Brewers, meanwhile, have a little depth in the CF position with
Sanchez and Hammonds and desperately need production out of RF.
Any thoughts?
