Carlo Ancelotti says Milan can "see the light at the end of the
tunnel" after their hard-fought victory over Chievo.

"We took a bit of time to get the right tempo. It was a bland start
from us and Chievo put us under pressure with their pace," he said
of the 3-1 result.

"Fortunately, we did well for the rest of the match. We have a real
consistency now and kept our heads in a tough moment of the tie."

The Flying Donkeys were leading 1-0 before the fightback was
completed by Alberto Gilardino, Massimo Oddo and Clarence Seedorf.

"Recently we have reshuffled our midfield. This limits the quality
of possession a little bit, but we had to make the most of what we
had in this situation. It has been a troubled season, but we can now
say that we see the light at the end of the tunnel.

"Kaka has moved to a wider role and, although he doesn't like it
very much, he finds more space there and did well against Chievo.
Now we hope to progress in the Champions League."

The Rossoneri were again at the centre of an injury crisis for this
match and Ronaldo went off in the final minutes suffering from cramp.

"He could have done better with his finishing towards the end, but
overall he impressed me. He was excellent in the one-on-one and it's
always difficult to get the ball off him."

Chievo's opener from Sergio Pellissier came from a Nelson Dida
howler and it wasn't the goalkeeper's only mistake of the night.

"Dida made an error on the goal and also felt the knock-on effect of
that blow to the head for the rest of the game," explained Ancelotti.

Celtic visit San Siro on Wednesday evening and Milan need a victory
to reach the quarter-finals after the 0-0 draw in Scotland.
