Aberystwyth Town Reserves forged a four point lead at the top of the
table after winning 4-0 at Llanrhaeadr. With second placed
Penrhyncoch not playing, Aber boosted their title hopes with Iwan
Roberts netting twice to sink the fourth placed hosts, while Iestyn
Thomas and Liam Hinton-Jones also found the net.
Presteigne went second after overcoming Caersws Reserves 3-0, with
Chris Jones scoring a brace and Willie Lindesay getting the other
goal.
Llanidloes Town climbed off the foot of the table with a 2-1 win at
Kerry, thanks to two second half goals from Adrian Foulkes after
Daniel Evans had given the hosts the lead.
A brace from Craig Davies helped Crano into the quarter finals of
the Central Wales Cup with a 3-1 win over Rhayader Town. Ben
Richards was also on target after the visitors had taken the lead
through Dylan McPhee. Carno will meet Aberaeron in the last eight.
