Mid-South Riders:

The Mid-South Hare Scrambles Series, Inc. is proud to announce that the
annual Winter Series awards presentation will once again be hosted at the
Wildhorse Saloon on historic 2nd Avenue in Downtown Nashville, TN on July
19th, 2009. Banquet pre-registration is now OPEN.

The facilities at the Wildhorse are outstanding but seating space is limited
to 500 - first come first serve - get your registrations in early. We DO
FILL this facility for this event. You must be listed as a Season Award
winner in your class OR on the MC/ATV overall page to pre-register prior to
June 18. The points page for your class reflects the award winners in the
"Season Award" column. See the website points links for details. After June
18 we will accept other members riders on a first come first serve basis. In
past years the Mid-South Series and it's sponsors have given away thousands
of dollars in prizes to award winning riders attending this event. We expect
similar support again this year from all our sponsors. Door prizes will be
randomly awarded (in advance) to 2008 award winners. (Due to a very tight
schedule on Banquet day, dealers and others wishing to contribute to the
awards need to do so prior to July 1. Otherwise we won't have time to work
them into the presentation.)

This is a great opportunity to come and meet with friends and fellow racers.
Many of the people who work behind the scenes to make the Series happen will
be there. Several of our corporate sponsor representatives will be there as
well. Once again this year we will have the young riders from the annual
Youth Series proudly receiving their hard earned awards. We hope their
families can come and participate, too.

Pre-Registration is REQUIRED to attend this event. Due to the catering and
Wildhorse requirements, the event will be strictly limited to those who
pre-registered and are on the guest list. See the website for printable
forms to complete and mail for registration. YOU MUST get your registrations
in as quickly as possible. Prize's and giveaways are random BUT DONE IN
ADVANCE to pre-registered attendees. Late registration's may not be included
in prize giveaways. If you have waited to the last minute, contact us and we
will try to accommodate you but cannot guarantee it. Please help us and get
registered early. The cutoff date for pre-registration will be July 5.

The price of admission is $28.00 per person. The admission price covers the
cost of the facility and a great dinner prepared by the Wildhorse chef's.
This admission charge is REQUIRED regardless of arrival time. Be sure to
have your hand stamped at registration. You should plan on arriving early so
you have time to check in, and be seated before dinner is served. Check in
door will open no later than 10:00 AM. Dinner is scheduled for 11AM.

Attire is "dress-casual". This is an awards banquet for one of the top
ranked racing series in the country and a very special event for many riders
and families attending. Nice jeans and polo shirts are fine but dress-casual
does not mean flip-flop's, tank tops, swim suits, etc. In other words,
dress up a little boys :-). Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

We expect the event to conclude sometime around 2:30 to 3:00 PM. After the
event, the Wildhorse will open to the public and the restaurant/bar will be
open.
