Mid-South Riders:

This coming Sunday will be Round 2 of the Summer Series. It will be at
Vanleer, TN at the Hazard Hill location. Paul says he is using a large part
of the property ever used before so there will be a lot of new trails.

Summer points will be kept, and I don't think we will have any room from
"drops" but it will depend on how many races we end up with. We continue to
be tight on properties. One event listed as TBA in Summertown is very iffy
and may not happen, or could be substituted. We will have a summer points
signup sheet at Round 2. There will be no charge for Summer pointskeeping
for MSHSS members. Your MSHSS membership is good through this summer
season. All MSHSS membership cards expire in September, before the 08-09
Winter Series.

If you rode round 1, and have to change classes for any reason, your points
will carry as-earned in the old class. For example if you rode 200C and
earned 20 points, and you move to 200B in the summer, you will get the 20
points for the first race transferred to the new class. HOWEVER: this will
only happen if you complete the summer points signup form at the race.
