Join our motley crew of monstrous (or sexy) Marauders as we undertake our second
annual costume mandatory Halloween ride this Sat, the 24th. Yes that is correct,
if you do not bring a costume, one will be provided for you, or you will not be
welcome on the ride. Believe me you don't want us dressing/undressing you up.
The weather is predicted to be in the 40's with a small chance of rain, so
bundle up. Most of this ride is trailer friendly, but not all. This month we
will be meeting at The Billy Goat Tavern, 430 N. Michigan Av. (lower level). We
will gather around 11, and depart around Midnight. Hope to see you there,

We will be meeting at the Billy Goat Tavern, 430 N Michigan Av.(Lower level)
tonight.We are no longer meeting at the h-bar. The goat will hence forth be our

First, congratulations to all Midnight Marauderers for reaching the 100th member
on the Chanilink.  We know we rock the midnight ride!

Yeah, that's right, we moved the ride to July 25th.  The non-traditional,
traditional ride will be taking place on the fourth Saturday this month only.

Well it is that time of the year again when the Marauders do our annual "audit"
of the Micky D's late ride. We will once again ride along with the thousands of
clueless, suburban, weekend warriors, on what has been billed as the "only
midnight ride" in the city. We definitely have to be there to witness that! This
is a long ride, so bring your camera, as I expect a fair number of casualties.
We will meet at the Dark Bar, NE corner of Halsted and Jackson at 11:30pm, and
leave when we feel properly hydrated. Any questions I can be reached at

rides may sometimes resemble sausage fests. To rectify this situation has proven
difficult, so we will instead embrace the sausage fest on our May ride.

Meet us at the Handlebar, a bit EARLY this time, and check for us out on the
patio. Come at 10 or 10:30, and come hungry. (vegetarians please note, you may
want to arrive early so you can get tasty veg food at the Handlebar.)

Pilsen, and y'all should come on down!! It's TODAY (thursday) 4/16
from 8pm to midnight.

I swear it's easy to get to Pilsen from the North Side, guys, just
take Milwaukee Avenue southeast (if applicable) until you hit Halsted,
then head south until you get to Cermack (2200S). The bar, located at
2149 S Halsted, is cash-only but has an ATM.

I know it SEEMS far, but here on the South Side we have more than 8
blocks per mile, so you're a mere 2 miles south of Madison Ave. Plus,
consider all those times I've gone north to drink with you guys! Now
that the weather's warming up, isn't it time to repay the visit?
