No you can ride anything. There have been a couple rides that may have been easier on a Mt. bike but that is the exception to the rule, and we will always warn people in advance. Reguardless, people have done the rides on everything and been just fine. Well mabey not a recumbant, but our ride does not appeal to the people that generaly ride those.
