First - hats off to Martin for volunteering a route & map! Depending
on the time and interst, (as this is a festive time of year), possibly
a route taking in one of the few things that makes a lack of sunlight
tolerable - lots of twinkly lights.

I barely made it to the Blue Island Festival of Lights parade (too
late to ride, but enough time to take in the sights) and it was very
enjoyable. Perhaps a PBR-fueled smaller scale event might be fun.
Nothing adds to lights like lots of hollering, I always say.

If there is any interest, I will make a list of sites (also
incorporating any suggestions) and devise a map. I'd even go so far
as to decorate my bike accordingly and make an ass of myself, seeing
as I have missed the last two rides.
