I couldn't think of an easier way of doing 10 teams than two pools of 5. Games are 1 hour long, with a 1 point cap ie when the whistle goes finish the point and add 1 to the highest score. Hard cap is 15.

First game is at 9.30, gates open at 8.30. There is a half hour lunch break so that teams don't play 4 games back to back.
