Sorry if this has already been sorted, but do we have a permanent format for the summer league?

Is it going to be a new hat tournament event each week? Are the initial hat teams being kept on an ongoing basis? Are the different areas suppose to try and field a team each time?

I plan to try to turn up and get involved at some point, but am still sort of sidelined with a nearly mended broken collar bone at the moment.
