Hi there,

Bearing in mind that MWL 3 on Jan 3 is not an ideal date, please can
ALL TEAMS consider their likely turnouts, and advise Jason and myself
on whether they will be attending MWL 3 by 5pm on December 23rd, as
obviously there will be minimal checking of emails between then and
Jan 3. Even if you are playing, still confirm. Obviously things can
happen at the last minute, but lets try to limit possible disruption
to the scheduling, etc.
