Friends from Ontario ran with Carmella and I the Manly
Robbins trail in Danville which is a nice 5k loop. U
do it twice.Today Joel and Shelley Heasley and the
Louise and Ron Reesor ran the Steve Shannon rail to
trail in Bloomsburg.Shelley fell but just is hopefully
okay. Louise Reesor is a first class age group
competitor and very much enjoyed the Penna. trails.
