Doug,,,,,,,,,,, this is hard to do as each day the road/trail is so
varied.......... maybe for 20 miles you will wish you had a road bike then turn
about for the next 20 wish it was a mt bike on a trail.
I use an old Cannondale Mt with 1.25 x26 on front (smooth) and 1.50 by 26 light
tread on back....... it works quite well for most conditions....... only
really unimpoved trail with ballast was difficult and there may be little of
