Look forward to hearing and reading more about Michelle Kwan in the
group.  She is the best figure skater in the world!  I finally did
see COI on tape and watched Michelle's gorgeous "Fields of Gold."  I
could definitely hear a distinct difference at her reception by the
audience, more heartfeld it seemed than any other skater.

Betty - Please don't restrict all your photos.........it seems to me that most
of the people in this group are glad to see what you are willing to show - I
know that's the case as far as I'M concerned! Your photos are your property and

It's okay, I am used to this.  I have been accused of things.  I just
thought bringing a invite to an anti Michelle group is wrong for a
group that is for her.  That's all.  Yes, I posted in that group on
how I felt of them inviting me to their group.  I stand up for what
is right.  Making fun or not liking someone for not winning the
Olympics is wrong.  What kind of person is the moderator of that
group?  I am just sorry if I am bother anyone for posting this.  I
have heard this when Tara won the Olympics.  On how she shouldn't
have won and she has no artistic talent.  Now they are welching on
Michelle's upset.  It happens in every group.  When something good or
bad happens there is always someone to bring you and others down.

Well, I am glad you see the difference between this site and the
other. It is like criticism differs from slander. All skaters are
admirable because of their hard work. Unfortunately some have inborn
ability, and some don't. I always feel sorry for Butyrskaya. She
often had a look of terror on her face, and not very pleasant to
watch. I watched her out of politeness, but my English husband just
won't. love of beauty in us humans attracts us to figure skaters that
lift us with beauty. To achieve the ultimate impression of beauty,
one has to have the right body, well portortioned limbs and knowledge
how to move them in graceful curves, then comes the technique.
Michelle is fortunate to have all these and alevate her art to a new
plateau with very, very hard work. I am an esthetics in life and feel
very grateful for people who created beauty just a little less than
nature for me. I respect and love  Chopin, Rubinstein, and Hyden ,
Mozart, Bach with equal intensity. And I will defend people who make
me happy with the beauty they created in life for me.

we should know both the good and the bad. there is nothing wrong for
you to tell us about this ugly site.

I couldn't agree more with the article. The once every four years
skating fans may embrace Sarah but those of us who are there through
thick and thin know Michelle is the best there is. I went to the
Boston show and let me tell you the standing ovation Michelle got was
outstanding. Sarah on the other hand got a warm applause and a few
fans standing. Michelle brought the house down. It was amazing. So if
you bought your COI ticket to see the best skating in the world, well
as long as Michelle is there you are getting more than your moneys
worth.

the group.  It was clear I was a member when I didn't want to be.
All of the sudden why am I the bad guy by posting this.  I posted it
because it the wrong for people to post invites and invite member for
a good skater to anti groups.  What is wrong with that?  I don't find

Thanks you, thank you, thank you for that article! I love it! I hate
those people who watch figure skating once every 4 years and
say "Kwan chokes" too. People will get their money's worth for the
show with or without Sarah, because there are a lot of other great
skaters too :)

By the way, my photos from the DC COI turned out pretty good! I will
scan some in to share with every1 later.

Nobody ever critisized SH, or any other skater like this. Nobody ever
said that SH or anybody embarrassed America as this group of morons
said about Michelle. If there is no Michelle, I am still not crazy
about SH' skating. This has nothing to do with being envious. I think
you should join the SH site instead of this one if you cannot see the
distinction between the genuine, calm opinions expressed on this site
from the hysterical vicious slander on the other. I wonder why are
you here at all.

as far as I can remember, nobody ever on this site said that any
skater sucks. To express an opinion which is supported by actual
facts, whether favorable or not, is totally different from a slogan
like somebody sucks.
