I think Paul should have offered to give up the gold. That would
have been the gentlemanly thing to do. Giving up the gold would
have been much better for him in the long run. He'd always be
remembered as the sportsman with true graciousness. (Look at how
Michael Phelps is perceived after he let the other guy swim in the
final relay) I bet they would have let him share it with the Korean
anyway. Now Paul Hamm will be remembered as the selfish American.

Out of curiosity what do you guys think about the dispute in the 2004 Summer Olympics about Paul Hamm's gold medal? For me, I really think he deserves the gold...

Paul deserves and earned his Gold unless the judges are willing to go back and look at all the video of all the gymnasts and re-score all the routines, ect... ...

yes but the judges made 2 judging mistakes, one in not giveing him a high enough start value, but the 2nd one was in not giving him an automatic deduction for ...
