I don't think that's a fair assesment to say that her jumping technique "sucks."
While she doesn't have the most technically difficult programs, she is
definitely the most consistent technician in her field. That includes
consistent, solid jumps. While some other competitors might have bigger,
faster, or more difficult elements, they lack the same level of consistency. By
this, I mean that I can count on my hand how many times I've seen Michelle slip
up in competition since 1994. I don't think there are very many skaters that
can match that type of consistency.
