I spoke to Tim Gill and Mike Snelson today about rescheduling the
Majestic Auction. I was hoping we could reschedule it for the North
Valley Open, but since my work schedule is changing on April 15, I
will no longer have Sunday's off. So North Valley doesn't work out.
We all thought the next best solution was to host the auction at the
ACORN PARK OPEN scheduled for SATURDAY, MAY 13.
Mike mentioned he was going to reserve the shelter building for the
event for registration and such, so we'll have a back up plan in case
of weather. Ultimatley I'd like to be set up outside, but we're
covered on-site in case of rain. Thanks Mike!
So mark your calendars and keep those items coming!!! We've just
bought another 4-5 weeks to still gather items. LETS MAKE THIS HUGE!!!
