RE: [mfa-online] Re: Minnesota Majestic Photos 2009

John and Bill,

Your efforts behind the lens are appreciated throughout the community and you know it.

But seriously....Admit it......You have a little addiction to snapping photo's don't ya?.... Is it the click of the shutterlens that gets your goat? Or the occaisonal belly shot? Or maybe it is the paparazzi feel you get from shooting the superstars up close? Or just the shear enjoyment when discovering a great shot? Enquiring minds want to know!

Either way keep clicking!

Scanny

Your views are definitely food for thought! It would be nice to be
compensated
in some way from the PDGA using our photos, but since it's a player run
organization, I'm not sure their ready to do that? They have
photographers all
over the country willing to provide their photos just to see them
printed in the
magazine. I could definitely see rewarding the photographer for providing the
"Cover Shot" for the magazine. I run a league as well and the thought of
compensating merchandise would be an awesome benefit for the use of our
photos.
I like John, am not interested in being paid monetarily. I do it for the love
of the sport and to help provide a means of showcasing the events to our local
and national organiztions.

Bill Ashton
