Yeah, I know. Let's say though that even 20% of all PDGA members are
currently active players in some way, shape or form. That still equals
365 PDGA members from Minnesota if you said that we could/should also
have 4.8% of the world's players here.
I hear you on Ultimate players too! It sounds though like most Ultimate
players look to the Twin Cities Ultimate League
(http://www.mnultimate.org/) for that stuff. For better or worse.
The main point is that we potentially have a few thousand active DGers
alone (in addition to Ultimate/Freestyle) who play several days/week
*AND* (critical for the MFA) are willing to travel at least 30-60+
minutes for leagues/tourneys as prime prospective members out there in
our State. "Why aren't they members?!" is the $1,000,000 question. A
question with probably a few dozen different answers that we should take
the time to hear and then address, as best we can.
