Glad you asked, I was wondering the same thing myself.
I swim and run 6-7 times a week, but the bike?? I can
ride a bike, but I do not train. I am really thinking
about doing the "Just for fun" part and timing myself.
Just to see what it is like since I have never done a
tri before.
