Hi everyone! Just a quick reminder...
-----
MELBOURNE BUG -- INAUGURAL MEETING -- JUNE 16
There's a new, clear voice for cycling advocacy in the City of
Melbourne -- Melbourne Bicycle User Group (BUG).
Melbourne BUG's INAUGURAL MEETING will be held next
Monday, June 16 at 6.30pm at Ross House, 247 Flinders Lane,
Melbourne. ALL CYCLISTS ARE WELCOME -- you don't need to
be an MBUG member to come along! We are hoping for an
attendance of 50 or more cyclists, and the meeting will include
presentations from Melbourne BUG's Co-Convenors, Harry
Barber (General Manager, Bicycle Victoria) and Cr David
Risstrom (Greens councillor, City of Melbourne).
Melbourne BUG belongs to all of us who ride in the inner city.
Our strength and success will be a measure of the involvement
of a diverse range of opinions. Only three months after starting
up we already have over sixty members and supporters, and
now is the time to make your voice heard. Come along to our
Inaugural Meeting on 16 June (even if you're not a member), and
help us make the City of Melbourne a great place to ride!
cheers
Justin
