Winter Wonderland and Pepsi Challenge Meets

Meet Fees Due
Meet fees are due on Thursday, November 8 for the following Meets (if you are attending):
Winter Wonderland
Champions Gymnastics
Date: November 30, December 1
L3 - $75
L4&5 - $85
Pepsi Challenge
Date: December 7-9
L3 - $75
L4&5 - $85
These fees must be paid by Thursday, November 8 to participate in the meets! I am still accumulating information about fees and deadlines for the rest of the meets on the schedule and should have it to you soon.
Meet Commitment Forms
If you have not turned in your Meet Commitment Form, please do so ASAP! With almost 60 kids between Gymnastics and Cheer, it is becoming harder to track everyone down for competition information. The yahoo group is the best way to receive information, if you can’t figure out the yahoo group please see Angie Phillips and she can help you!
Sponsorship Sales – Money and Forms due November 16!
Several of you have sold sponsorships to pay for your meet fees. I need all sponsorship money and forms in hand by Friday, November 16 if you want your name on our sponsorship T-shirt. The T-shirts will be ordered and I hope to have them in time for us (parents, grandparents, siblings…..) to wear to the Pepsi Challenge and all of the following meets. If you did not receive information on selling sponsorships, please see the front desk.

The Level 3 Warm-ups and Leos are in, you may pick them up as soon as you pay the balance due as follows:
