You may or may not have known that we had a contest this summer where the girls earned play money for doing certain things in gym practice. The coaches would say for example, "if everyone will give me 10 great push ups, this group earns $100" Once the team earned $10,000 we told them we would plan a team outing for them (we called it "Destination Unknown") - well, here it is!

Monday, October 22 - 3PM to 6PM

Ferndale 4-H Center

Canoeing and Rock Climbing Wall

Cost is $20 per child

 

I realize that this will require an early checkout from school for some - but I think that the kids will have alot of fun. The 4-H center provides a safe environment and usually some activities that promote team building and leadership skills.

 

Please let me know by Thursday, October 11 if you will be attending or not, and please pay the $20 fee by Thursday, October 18.
