Hey Parents!
I hope everyone is enjoying their summer! I just wanted to check in with you and see if you have any questions about anything..
Just in case you were still some what confused about the workout schedule here it is...
Monday - 4:30-7:30 or 8:00pm
Tuesday - 4:30-7:30 or 8:00pm
Wednesday - 4:30-6:30pm
Thursday - 8:30-12:00pm
You can come to any of these workouts.. I know everyone is busy and all over the place right now with different activities and vacations so feel free to come to any of these times just as long as your getting your 2 or 3 or 4 practices in a week depending on your level.
The girls are doing a great job this summer! The conditioning is really starting to pay off and they are looking stronger and learning alot! We are really proud of them! Im really looking forward to competition season!
