I hope everyone is enjoying their week off!

 

Its the time of year when we would like to start changing the workout schedule some what and start working on new skills for next season! I love this time of year and I know the girls do too! Its fun and exciting to see what the girls learn through the off season! There will be a schedule change for some of you.

 

New information:

 

- If you were a level 3 this competition season and competed we would like for you to start working out with the level 4's. Practice will be Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-7:30. Tuition is $145 a month.

 

- If you were a level 4 this competition season we would like for you to start working out 3 days a week. Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 4:30-7:30. Tuition is $180.

 

- If you were a level 5 this competition season or a level 4 that scored a 35.00 all around score at a meet this season we would like for you to start working out 4 days a week. Monday-Thursday 4:30-7:30. Tuition will be $225.

 

Tuition is as follows:

 

Pre-Team - 3 hours a week = $105

Level 3 - 4 hours a week = $115

Level 4 - 6 hours a week = $145

Level 5 - 9 hours a week = $180

Level 5's training 4 days a week - 12 hours = $225

 

We will not be deciding what level the gymnasts will be competing until the fall. We are still working on the summer schedule and I will be getting that schedule out to you next week.

 

I was extremely proud of the Mega gymnasts this year! We had quite a few first year competitors and I think everyone did a wonderful job! I am very excited to see what the off season has in store for Mega and I can not wait to see all the girls working new and exciting skills!

 

Other news....

 

If you were not aware: Level 5-10 state meet is this weekend at the Pine Bluff Convention Center. The level 5's compete this Friday at 12:00pm. Katherine (level 6) competes on Saturday at 8:00am and Jessica (level 10) competes Saturday at 12:00pm. If you didnt know Jessica is a senior in high school this year and this will be her last state meet. They will be honoring all seniors this weekend! We would love for anyone who is able to come out Saturday and cheer for Jessica. Jessica will be competing Saturday in hopes to qualify for a regional meet in Colorado and from there we hope she qualifies for nationals which are in Seattle in May.

 

Also if you were not aware - Mega has been invited to perform at a Twisters game again this year! We have been asked to perform on April 18th. I would love for all team girls to participate. We will be practicing our Twisters game routine during part of team practice on Tuesday/Thursday for the next 2 weeks. If you would like to participate at the Twisters game please come Tuesday March 31st at 4:30.

 

We are tentatively planning a team party for the second week of April at Play Time Pizza! I will be giving more information out about this next week.
