We have been informed that Raj Bhavsar, a member of the 2008 mens gymnastics olympic team will be visiting Mega Gymnastics Academy Wednesday, October 8th. He will be at Mega from 4-5:00 PM.
Raj will be doing a short demonstration and a question/answer session.
I know that normally not everyone on team comes on Wednesday but this is a great oppurtunity for the kids so if you are able to please come to the gym wednesday!
We would love to get some pictures of the team girls with Raj. If you have an exhibition leo please wear it Wednesday. If you do not we have some for sale in the pro shop.

Bhavsar was a member of the 2001 World Championships Team that earned an unprecedented silver medal, and he helped Team USA defend that title at the 2003 Worlds. He also is the 2002 NCAA All-Around Champion. In 2001, he helped Ohio State University win the NCAA title. Bhavsar is the son of Joe and Sue Bhavsar and he has a brother, Sujit.

How did you get involved?: My parents saw me climbing up on furniture then jumping off on a daily basis. I was a hyperactive kid.
