This Earth Day - Support Medicine Wheel & Enjoy Some Bristol Beer!   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #555 of 616 |
What could be better than supporting your local biking trails group and getting to try some of the best locally brewed beer around!  Bristol Brewing will be generously donating a portion of their sales on Earth Day to Medicine Wheel Trail Advocates.  See below for more details.

Thanks Bristol!

ps - If beer isn't your thing, consider donating to Medicine Wheel just the same.  Your donations are tax deductible.

Earth Day Extravaganza

It is Bristol Brewing Company's firm conviction that you, the fabulously cool beer aficionados, connoisseurs, enthusiasts and dilettantes, by reason of your above average intelligence and your conscientious nature, are predisposed to give a hoot about the well-being of our planet. So in honor of Earth Day, we'd like to acknowledge the efforts you make everyday to reduce, recycle and reuse. On April 22 (which happens to be next Tuesday and Earth Day), to reward and incentivize the re-users in the group, we'll be offering $2 off new jugs and $2 off all jug fills, with an additional dollar from every jug filled being donated to Medicine Wheel Trail Advocates. Jugs are a terrifically "green" way to enjoy fresh, local beer at home. Rinsing your jug and getting it refilled uses far less energy than recycling 6 pack bottles.

We'll also be tapping a special Earth Day IPA cask ale -- the already delicious Edge City IPA dry-hopped with organic hops grown at Venetucci Farm. And for an added bonus, we'll be doing $3 pints for anyone who walks, bikes or rides public transportation to the brewery (hint: Metro Rides will be free for Earth Day). Pedestrians and cyclists will even have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a free Bristol bike jersey! Come on down and celebrate the day with us.

Cheers,

Laura
