Last week we finished one of the new trails in Bear Creek Park! Huge thanks to Paul Mead, Ryan Sanders, Scott Morris, Grant Smith, Marc Luckett, Rob Lucas, Cory Sutela, Joshua Easterling, and Ron Bollenberge (hope I didn't forget anyone) for showing up and working for three and half hours to get that trail done!
The new trail is just under a half mile long and needs to be ridden. We still need to trim a little here and there, but it's open for riding, so head on down there with your bike and give it a try. A map will be posted on the MW web site here shortly.
Next up, another trail which will give us a loop.
Please come out this Saturday, August 4 from 8:30 am to about noon to build the next trail in the system. After this weekend, we're taking a break for a week or two. You know the drill by now. Long pants, boots, water, gloves, sunscreen, etc.
