The workday on Sunday brought out about 40-50 people and the connector trail
is halfway done. It will be a pretty cool trail when it's finished - it
starts and ends in the meadow (grass, yucca, and cactus), but in the middle
it winds over to the canyon edge through scrub oak and mountain mahogany to
offer some pretty nice views.

The trail will be completed on Saturday, Sept. 24. The workday is sponsored
