1. The Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services
Department's Parks Advisory Board will hold a public hearing on Gold
Camp Road, Thursday, February 10, 9:30 a.m. at the City Council
Chambers, City Hall, 107 North Nevada.

This will provide you an opportunity to speak on Gold Camp Road prior
to the Parks Advisory Board determining its position on the road.
Speakers are limited to 3 minutes. Information on Gold Camp Road and
the Forest Service's preferred alternative can be found at
www.fs.fed.us/r2/psicc.pp/ Click on Gold Camp Road issues. This is
input to the Parks Advisory Board only and NOT to the Forest Service.

2. The public is invited to join the Friends of Red Rock Canyon for
their annual meeting on Thursday, March 3rd at 7:00 pm. The City Parks
Dept. will give an update on the property. Refreshments served.

The meeting will be held at the Village at Skyline, on Lower Gold Camp
Road between 21st and 26th streets, in the Activities Room of Bldg. #4
(the Easternmost bldg - enter from the NE corner parking lot). 633-6884.
