| COTI Crew Leader Instructors Wanted
| The Colorado Outdoor Training Initiative (COTI) is inviting all
individuals
| from volunteer, non-profit organizations, and land management agencies to
| become one of the first COTI Crew Leader Instructors for
| Colorado! Instructors will be responsible for training crew leaders how
to
| be effective, knowledgeable resources for any project. Crew Leader
| Instructors will be trained how to use the standardized COTI training
| materials and lesson plans. They will also learn about the Crew Leader
| certification process.

| Attached is the Crew Leader Instructor candidate packet. A completed
| questionnaire and letter of recommendation are required for
| consideration. All information is due by March 1, 2004. Please share
