Trail Celebration and Medicine Wheel Ride

As everyone knows, Medicine Wheel has played an important role in the development of the trails system at the new, and yet to be opened, Cheyenne Mountain State Park. Due to the level of commitment that Medicine Wheel has given to the park, the park has agreed to allow us to ride the 14 miles plus, of new sustainable trails although the park is not scheduled to open until sometime in 2004.

Medicine Wheel would like to invite you to participate a Celebration of Trails as we approach the end of this year's work schedule. Please join us for a bicycle tour of the enormous efforts of a few, for enjoyment of the multitudes.

Take Highway 115 south past the Main Gate at Ft. Carson. Turn right (west) on Pine Oaks Road, approx. 1/2 past the main gate, across from Ft. Carson Gate # 5.
