Subject: Mini Meet in NJ on May 3rd
Mark,
Would you please publicize our meet on May 3rd to
the Maryland LMSC. The purpose of the meet is to
attract new adult swimmers to the joys of swimming by
making the meet of short duration (4-6:30 PM) and the
events short distance (50's of all strokes, 100 and
200 free and 100 IM) so that lack of training does not
inhibit anyone from coming. We will conduct an
orientation at 3:00 PM for new swimmers or those ex
high school, college or club swimmers who have been
aware for years or decades. We will also have coaches
on deck during warm up and the meet to assist swimmers
with technique, starts, turns, answer questions and in
general, be there to assist swimmers in any way they
can.
Attached is the meet information sheet and entry
form. Entries are due by April 25th. The link to the
